Hello! My name is Todd Benderson, and I am a certified fitness coach. To get the best physique, one must start with a nutritious diet and the right amount of sleep. Without these two elements, working out might be for naught. Aside from assisting people in their fitness journey, I am also into CrossFit and triathlon.
